From Jacci Howard Bear, your Guide to Desktop Publishing

Arctic weather has arrived and temps here on the farm are dropping fast. In celebration (well, not really a celebration -- I'm not that keen on winter weather, especially in November) this week we're featuring the cooler side of desktop publishing.

Ice Blue

You may have noticed that the TV weather maps typically use shades of blue to denote cooler temperatures. For a winter-themed project, certain lighter shades of blue may add just the right touch when snow-white won't do.
