Looking to Change the Default Email Program on your Mac?

Easy enough: you're Hercules after all, and you've just rinsed the known world's biggest stables digging a riverbed with your own hands. A few obnoxious birds can't scare you.
The Stymphalian birds turned out to be a few hundred thousand, of course, soon to be millions. They multiplied like crazy, and that was not all: their metallic feathers, sharp like Japanese knives, killed people left and right.
Hercules had no idea how he could fulfill his job and drive the birds away. Fortunately, Athena handed down special props forged by master craftsman Hephaestus himself.
When Hercules clapped the giant bronze castanets, the birds took flight. Those that did not leave for good Hercules was able to shoot down with a catapult.
Now, I've tried scaring Mac OS X Mail (which shows up all around email addresses in Mac OS X) by clapping spoons; the spoons also served as formidable catapults for tinfoil balls.
Neither worked. Time to try something a bit different:
